Senthil Nallasamy Chief Mentor
Senthil Nallasamy is the Chief Mentor and Co-Founder of Hope Factory. He was the Development Center Head & Senior Delivery Manager at Infosys Technologies Limited (INFY), Chennai (Shols). He is the Co-Author of a book – Raising Enterprise applications published by Wiley. Senthil holds a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology, Coimbatore.

Niresh Gunasekaran Mentor
Niresh has considerable years of work experience in a multinational corporation and a few more years of managerial experience in the USA. He earned his Bachelor’s engineering degree from Kumaraguru College of Technology-Coimbatore & an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from Fisher Graduate School of Business, California. He is also the Chair at ‘The Souls of India’, an NGO.

We follow a 40:30:20:10 principle and apply all new age teaching methods to reach to the participants in an effective manner.
